• I simply use a 2 to 1 Ratio Stop Loss method. From my entry point to the blue target line let’s say it is 20 pips. Then my Stop Loss will be 50% of that which is 10 pips.
• If your Stop Loss = ½ of the target (i.e risk-reward ratio of 1 to 2,) you will still make money even if you lose 1 trade and win 1 trade order.
